About the Show
The RCO is thrilled to welcome back violinist Konstantin Dimitrov as our guest soloist. He is a respected professional musician with over 20 years experience as a performing artist playing for such stars as Yo Yo Ma, Andrea Bocelli and Joshua Bell. Konstantin has performed as a star soloist with orchestras worldwide and is the concertmaster of the Florida Lakes Symphony Orchestra. Konstantin will be featured in Sarasate’s violin virtuoso composition, Zigeunerweisen, based on Hungarian folk music and Csardas, by Vittorio Monti.
The RCO will play popular pieces including the Symphonic Dances from Fiddler on the Roof, themes from The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, Berceuse and Finale from the Firebird, Russian Sailor’s Dance, the exciting Sabre Dance and more.
